St. Francis Seraph School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Middle School Science & Social Studies Teacher for the  school year. We are a faith-based school community committed to strong academics, meaningful relationships, and supporting the growth of every student. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching middle school students and committed to meeting the needs of all learners.

The Middle School Science & Social Studies Teacher will plan and deliver engaging instruction aligned to curriculum standards for students in grades 6-8, while differentiating to meet a range of learning needs, including students requiring intervention. The teacher will create meaningful learning experiences that foster curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and student engagement in both science and social studies content areas.

The teacher will build a positive and respectful classroom culture, develop strong relationships with students and families, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and support the school's mission and values in daily interactions.

The ideal candidate holds (or is working toward) a valid teaching license and has experience teaching middle school students. Candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management and instructional skills, the ability to support diverse learners, and strong collaboration and communication skills. A passion for working with adolescents and helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually is essential.
