Job DescriptionDirector of Assessment & Accountability
The Director – Assessment & Accountability provides district-level leadership for assessment systems, accountability structures, and the implementation of a comprehensive Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) across grades K‑12. This role ensures coherent instructional systems, data integrity, and equitable student supports while partnering with curriculum leaders, student services, and building administrators. The position requires high levels of discretion, maintains strict confidentiality, delivers world‑class customer service, responds to communications in a timely manner, and ensures completion of all Safe Schools training.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Valid Ohio Department of Education license.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience including supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and district policies.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE. View attachment for any special requirements and job description.
