DescriptionAssistant Director - Assessment & Accountability (K-6)
Job SummaryThe Assistant Director Assessment and Accountability (K-6) provides district and building-level leadership for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Accountability, this role builds staff capacity in evidence‑based Tier 1 instruction and targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. The MTSS Supervisor partners with administrators, teachers, and student services teams to use data to improve outcomes for all learners while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world‑class customer service, answering all emails in a timely manner, and completing all Safe Schools training in a timely manner.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field required;
Master's degree preferred. - Valid Ohio Department of Education licensure.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant instructional or leadership experience.
- Valid driver's license.
8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
