Job SummaryThe associate principal serves as the senior building leader for the campus, providing comprehensive leadership across instruction, staff supervision, the student experience, and operations to ensure a strong transition into high school. The associate principal collaborates closely with the principal, central office leaders, staff, families, and community partners to advance district and building goals while maintaining strict confidentiality, delivering world‑class customer service, responding to emails promptly, and completing all required Safe Schools training.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field (preferred)
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Administrative or Principal License
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a secondary setting (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
