Job SummaryThe Educational Services Testing Coordinator will manage the collection and distribution of all quizzes and tests for students enrolled in the Educational Services Program and those who qualify for a testing accommodation. This includes providing the appropriate testing accommodations for each student as documented by the student’s education plan. This is a full-time, school-year position and reports to the Principal.
Responsibilities- Supports, promotes and models the mission, vision and core Ursuline values of St. Ursula Academy.
- Works cooperatively with other personnel and departments to ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors to the school.
- Supports the current Long-Range Strategic Plan as indicated on the plan document.
- Coordinates and facilitates the administration of assessments, including standardized tests, for ES students and those with an accommodation plan.
- Maintains organizational system and accurate records for testing accommodations.
- Collaborates and communicates with teachers about students’ needs.
- Provides students with quiet work space and supports students with executive functioning skills, study skills, and time management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in secondary education with students is strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and serve as a team member with other teachers in the department and the faculty-at-large.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Software products, with the ability to become proficient in Power School and Schoology.
- Adaptable to last‑minute changes in routine and schedules.
- Able to develop a rapport with female high school students.
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
