Middle School, Science Teacher
The Seven Hills School seeks a dynamic and thoughtful educator to join its Middle School faculty as a Science teacher. We are looking for someone who loves working with young adolescents and believes that the study of science helps students better understand themselves, their communities, and the wider world.
The Middle School science curriculum currently includes courses that introduce students to the scientific method and to various branches of science. Our teachers design learning experiences that challenge students intellectually while also supporting their growth as confident and engaged learners. Hands‑on lab experiments are a key part of the middle school curriculum.
The ideal candidate is passionate about middle school students and understands the importance of building strong relationships during this formative stage of development. They create classrooms where students feel safe taking intellectual risks, sharing ideas, and learning from one another.
In addition to classroom teaching, faculty members play an active role in the life of the school through advising students, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to student activities or athletics.
The Seven Hills School is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to promoting all forms of diversity in the workplace and our student body. We strongly urge all qualified individuals to apply.
