Job Summary:
The TEACHER – TSA temporarily serves outside the traditional classroom role to support district and building initiatives that enhance teaching, learning, and operational excellence. This position is designed for project-based and collaborative work—including curriculum projects, instructional improvement, program development, research and analysis, professional learning facilitation, and district-wide implementation efforts. This job description applies to many varied situations in which a teacher is placed on temporary assignment outside the normal classroom.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid Ohio Teaching License. Demonstrated instructional excellence. Experience with leadership or project-based work preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
7.75 hours per day, 184 days per school year calendar. Application Procedure:

Applicants will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with district needs. Selected candidates will participate in interviews, which may include panel interviews, reference checks, and/or teaching demonstrations. Applicants that are offered positions shall be required to submit to an FBI/BCII criminal background check. Failure to satisfactorily pass the criminal background check based on the discretion of the Board of Education will preclude an individual from employment with the district.
