As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play‑based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social‑emotional growth.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

• Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Support child assessments and family communication
• Work collaboratively with teaching teams

• Training, coaching, and career development provided
• Up to $750/semester for CDA tuition (for eligible Ohio residents)
• Paid time off and mental health days accrued;
