Pay:

Evaluation Period:
Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester.

Purpose:

Assists patrons at the Library Circulation Desk by checking out materials and serving as a first point of contact for library services. There will be on-the-job training.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Check-in and check-out library materials

* Library material renewals

* Accepts money for overdue materials

* Operates multi-line telephone

* Accepts materials to be placed on Library Reserves

* Aids with putting materials on Library Reserves

* Assists with opening and closing the Library

* Assists patrons with directional questions

* Assists with OhioLINK inbound and outbound duties

* Operating computers, telephones, and MFD (Multi-Function Device: Printer, Copier, and Scanner)

* Other tasks as assigned
