ACCEL Schools is hiring a highly qualified Title Teacher at Northside Preparatory Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio. Northside Preparatory Academy is a public charter school serving EK-8 grade students. The school offers a well-rounded academic program focused on citizenship, service, and the well-being of its students.

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, adapting them as needed during the school year.
• Differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and development.
• Use research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Apply school-approved curricula that reflect diverse backgrounds.
• Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms.
• Communicate with families about academic and social-emotional growth.
• Integrate technology skills into daily classroom practice.
• Participate in planning and implementing non-instructional activities as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Active and current Ohio teaching license in the relevant content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Comfortable working in a growth-focused coaching environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to supervise students of various ages in different school settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
• Experience working within an urban environment.

Salary range: $45,500 - $55,000. Factors influencing starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
