Position: Part-Time Program Coordinator, COM Center for Continuous Professional Development

Job Overview

The Center for Continuous Professional Development/Continuing Medical Education seeks to hire a part‑time (25% FTE) Program Coordinator to assist with basic office functions and support program staff with the management of CME activities.

Essential Functions
  • Organize and upload attendance records.
  • Conduct initial content review of educational materials.
  • Coordinate documentation required for accreditation.
  • Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and develop action steps for program improvement.
  • Develop, administer, and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports.
  • Interact with staff faculty, external agencies, and other university departments.
  • May conduct research and analyze relevant literature, other benchmark information to develop grant proposals, new program ideas and propose program changes.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of the education requirement.
Required Experience
  • One year of program coordination experience.
