Intervention Specialist
- Full-Time - $41/hr Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students. This full-time position is available for the upcoming school year. Position details include $41 per hour, full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, elementary students, and a pull-out service model.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)
- School certification in Ohio
- Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)
- Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities may include providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs, monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data, creating a positive, structured learning environment, supporting students, families, and general education staff, coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills, developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
