Make a meaningful impact on elementary students educational journeys as you provide vital psychological support in a welcoming school environment near Cincinnati, OH. This full-time contract opportunity will have you guiding K-5th grade students across two neighboring elementary campuses (just two miles apart) from 8am to 4pm, covering a leave period through November 2nd.
Utilize your skills to facilitate essential assessments, offer behavioral support, and collaborate with dedicated educators and parents. This role promises a varied and rewarding experience as you work with a diverse, engaged student population.
Qualifications & DesiredExperience:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license
- Experience with K-5th grade populations strongly preferred
- Knowledge of RETRs, IETRs, and behavioral intervention strategies
- Ability to travel between two schools (short distance)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Previous contract or school-based experience is a plus
- Conducting student evaluations, including RETRs and IETRs
- Developing and implementing intervention plans to support student success
- Providing behavioral strategies and interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student needs are met
- Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation and reports
- Supporting safe, inclusive, and positive learning environments across both campuses
