The Cincinnati Waldorf School is seeking a Pedagogical Chair to begin working with us in the 2027-28 school year. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, including tuition remission. The ideal candidate is someone who brings deep pedagogical knowledge, extensive classroom teaching experience, and the wisdom to guide others. The work includes supporting individual teachers with maintaining school-wide curriculum coherence, addressing parent concerns with educational authority, collaborating with administration to ensure that operations serve the pedagogy, and striving to keep the spiritual foundations of the school intact.
This position requires significant experience in Waldorf education and a deep knowledge of anthroposophy.

Our current enrollment is at its highest level to date and represents a wide diversity across neighborhoods, economics, ethnicity, and lifestyle. Our strong programming includes Parent & Child classes, Preschool, Kindergarten, Grades 1-12, Eurythmy, Spanish, Mandarin, Handwork, Games, Woodwork, Gardening, Strings, and Choral.
