The University of Cincinnati seeks an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life in Student Affairs. This role designs and delivers programs that foster student engagement, leadership, and belonging within Greek-letter organizations. The coordinator will advise chapters and councils, coordinate events and trainings, promote inclusive and values-based practices, and collaborate with campus and community partners. The position supports data-informed program improvement and contributes to UC's student-centered, research-driven, and community-focused mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach and engagement initiatives for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) that promote student belonging, leadership, and academic success.
  • Coordinate FSL events, workshops, and programs in collaboration with student leaders, campus partners, and community organizations.
  • Advise and support fraternity and sorority chapters and governing councils on engagement, risk management, and inclusive practices.
  • Collect and analyze participation and engagement data to assess program impact and inform improvements.
  • Create communication plans and marketing materials to promote FSL programs, resources, and leadership opportunities.
  • Facilitate trainings on topics such as values-based leadership, community service, wellness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support crisis response and incident follow-up related to FSL activities in collaboration with Student Affairs staff.
  • Assist with recruitment, orientation, and ongoing development of chapter officers and emerging student leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of programs, engagement metrics, and student outcomes.
  • Participate in divisional committees and initiatives that advance student success and community engagement at UC.
