Associate Director, Ohio Cyber Range Institute

The University of Cincinnati seeks an Associate Director for the Ohio Cyber Range Institute in the School of Public and International Affairs. In this hybrid role, you will lead strategy, operations, and growth of statewide cybersecurity education, training, and research initiatives. Responsibilities include managing programs and budgets, coordinating cyber range resources, supporting curriculum and experiential learning, building partnerships with government, schools, and industry, and advancing UC's student-centered, community-focused mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio Cyber Range Institute within the School of Public and International Affairs
• Oversee program development in cybersecurity education, training, and research
• Manage partnerships with state agencies, K-12, higher education, and industry stakeholders
• Supervise staff, budgets, grants, and reporting for the Institute
• Coordinate cyber range resources, labs, and infrastructure in collaboration with technical teams
• Support curriculum integration, faculty engagement, and student experiential learning
• Lead outreach, events, and professional training programs across Ohio
• Monitor cybersecurity, policy, and workforce trends to guide program strategy
• Ensure compliance with university and sponsor requirements
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and community impact in all OCRI initiatives
