High School or GED
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 hourly
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required
- CDA or progress toward an ECE degree preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Experience with young children and effective classroom management
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to equity and confidentiality
- Must meet physical requirements, accommodations available
- Assist with classroom routines (activities, meals, nap time, teacher breaks)
- Apply child-centered, Constructivist learning strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with staff and communicate positively with families
- Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 403b retirement plan

- Monday-Friday work schedule with coaching and on-the-job training
- Paid time off and paid professional days
- Up to $750/semester for CDA tuition (OH residents, subject to funding)
