## Our Team, Your Impact

The EHS Site Group Lead provides day-to-day leadership for environmental, health, and safety programs at the site. This role works closely with the EHS Manager and reports to the EHS Director, who serves as the site EHS head. The position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing operational risk, strengthening safety culture, and supporting business operations through effective program management, training, and continuous improvement.

## How You'll Spend Your Day

* Serve as an EHS generalist, member of EHS team, and partner to site functions on a broad range of environmental, health, and safety requirements, risk assessments, safe work practices, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Experience in environmental protection, environmental permits and compliance obligations (i.e. air, wastewater, hazardous waste, ESG, etc.) is a plus.

* Experience in fire and explosion prevention in pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries is also a plus.

* Experience in industrial hygiene in pharmaceuticals and manufacturing environments is also a plus.

* Support site security and emergency response programs may require.

## Your Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field (such as environmental protection or process safety) or a related discipline such as engineering, chemistry, or operations management.

* 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

* Experience in supporting environmental protection programs, environmental permits and compliance obligations (i.e. air, wastewater, hazardous waste, etc.) is a plus.

* Experience in fire and explosion prevention in pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries is a plus.

* Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and related equipment.

## Also Good to Have

* Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to frequently changing priorities.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization, from the production floor to management.

* Ability to work collaboratively across functional departments.

* Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives in a safe and compliant manner.
