• Lead control panel design, including detailed layouts, power distribution, and component selection.
• Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Program PLC-based control systems and develop HMI applications.
• Design and implement control strategies for automation hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system and panel issues.
• Act as the lead electrical person on various projects, selecting contractors, setting schedules and budgets, and ensuring safe, quality installation.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in controls engineering.
• PLC & HMI programming capabilities required; experience with 480
  
  Vac 3‑phase circuits highly preferred.
• Experience in an industrial setting with electrical controls.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of Rockwell Automation products.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Proficiency with personal computers:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AutoCAD;
  Rockwell software.
• Ability to perform safely and efficiently in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

• Experience with low and medium voltage power distribution.
