Job Description
Proficient knowledge of ECOTS (Electronic Commercial Off the Shelf Components). Practical knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Proficient knowledge of ECOTS component parameters, lead finishes, life cycle management, evaluation of GIDEP and Counterfeit vigilance.
Essential Functions- Have experience reviewing and addressing PCN’s (MFR Part Change Notices)
- Have experience reviewing and addressing GIDEP and ERAI alerts
- Support Obsolescence reviews for CCA Bill of Materials
- Previous experience supporting CDRL requirements
- Lead DMSMS and Counterfeit activities
- Create/review/revise Command media (AS 9100) documentation for BMS in support of parts management role.
- Creating and maintaining documentation types required for ECOTS components, Source Control and Vendor Item Components. (ASME Y14.100)
- Familiar with MRP/ERP Applications
- Comprehensive understanding of Configuration requirements for DoD Products
- Support AS‑9100 level audits by internal and external auditors.
- Prepare PMCP (Parts Management Control Plans) for Programs.
- Prepare PMCP Compliance matrix’s as required.
- Proficient with MS OFFICE apps (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Proficient knowledge of component parameters, lead finishes, life cycle availability and evaluation of GIDEP and Counterfeit vigilance.
- Requires proficient knowledge of ECOTS (Electronic Commercial Off the Shelf Components). May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Experience with DTC (Design to Cost) Parts management application
- Experience with Costpoint MRP/ERP application
- Experience Engineering change order preparation
- Previous lead role in Parts management/CM activities
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $106,500 - $197,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $92,500 - $171,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
