Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Electrical Engineering Manager in Cincinnati, OH area!
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers dedicated to delivering projects within EPC frameworks.
- Oversee electrical design activities for industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with EPC standards and alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, civil, and process engineering leads to deliver fully integrated EPC project solutions.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, and project‑specific codes.
- Define and manage electrical scopes, budgets, and schedules as part of comprehensive EPC proposals and execution plans.
- Contribute to business development initiatives through technical presentations, proposal input, and strategic support.
- Act as the primary electrical technical authority for clients, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the EPC project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
- PE license preferred
- 10+ years experience in electrical engineering
- 3+ years experience in leadership role within an EPC firm
- Expertise in power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems for industrial applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
