The responsibilities of the Virtual Design & Construction Co-op will vary from project to project but generally would include some or all of the following:

What You Will Do:

* Work in some or all of the following platforms:

* Sketch Up

* Revit

* Lumion

* Tekla

* Navisworks

* Recap

* Synchro Pro

* ArchiCAD

* Microstation

* Rhino

* 3DS Max

* Adobe CS

* AutoCAD

* Microsoft Office Products (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Working with project teams, business development, estimating, safety, and building systems group departments to develop:

* Site and building layouts

* 3D site logistics plans

* Building models and 3D mock-ups

* 3D prints

* Safe plans of work

* 4D schedules

* Laser scan/point cloud integration

* Augmented/ Virtual Reality models and visualizations

* Document control

* Quality control

* Research and Development

What You Will Bring:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural related program with a focus on construction processes/industry/delivery methods/building information modeling/virtual design and construction

* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.

* Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks

* Must have experience with 3D modeling software.
