A well-respected A&E firm based in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management experience, and a passion for delivering innovative electrical design solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering and design teams in preparing construction drawings and technical specifications
- Design and oversee lighting and lighting control systems
- Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Specify electrical materials, methods, and components
- Develop and integrate control systems for mechanical and refrigeration systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams
- Support project execution through all phases
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- 10+ years of experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial buildings
- A/E consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently produce complete construction documents
