Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy:
  Define ATE test strategies, lead test engineering teams, manage project deliverables, and coordinate with internal/external groups.
• Hardware/Software Development:
  Design/develop test hardware (fixtures, load boards, PCBs) and software (test programs, drivers) for new products, using tools like LabVIEW, Test Stand, C/C++.
• Test & Optimization:
  Create test plans, develop algorithms (RF, analog, digital), debug failures, optimize test time, and improve yield for cost‑effective, high‑quality production.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth product release.
• Troubleshooting:
  Analyze test failures, resolve equipment issues, and support production for high uptime.

• Experience:
  
  Proven leadership, project management, and 10+ years in ATE design.
• Understanding of SW environment (Labview or C# or Python).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong EE fundamentals (analog, digital), circuit design, C/Python/LabVIEW, COTS instrumentation (DAQs, DMMs, Scopes), and understanding of test methodologies. Working experience with National Instruments hardware & SW Tools.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Self‑directed, proactive, excellent communication, problem‑solving, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $85,500 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
