We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join and take on challenging site development and redevelopment projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑profile initiatives that shape communities and deliver innovative civil engineering solutions.
Accountabilities- Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects.
- Prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
- Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.
- Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments.
- Work with municipalities on necessary permits.
- Project manage site development or redevelopment.
- Ohio‑licensed (PE) or PE‑candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site development.
- Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work such as single‑site and municipal‑type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc.
- Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil3D software, and Micro Station (considered an asset).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- The ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $132,000.
Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
