Compensation: $60.00-$66.00 /hr.

Schedule:

40 hours/week

• Develop and refine engineering requirements.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Design ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications, ensuring requirement compliance.
• Perform simulations, circuit tolerance analyses, and design reviews.
• Prepare and execute test plans, generate test reports, and conduct comprehensive testing.
• Assist in failure investigations using structured methods.
• Prepare materials for design reviews and generate engineering change orders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead technical projects and produce detailed technical documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design, power circuit design, and sensor integration.
• 8+ years of experience in power supply and conversion design.
• 8+ years of experience participating in design reviews and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in design of analog components (differential amplifiers, op-amps, filters) and digital components (logic gates, timers).
• Skilled in simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and design software (Altium, PADS).
• Competent in circuit analysis, module design, EMI, and ESD protection best practices.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators).
• Adept at multitasking across several projects and self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of extreme environmental design and testing with energetic materials.
• Effective communication skills, including presentations and customer communication.

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with Electronic Safety and Arming Devices (ESADs) and presenting to Safety Review Boards.
• Experience with software tools such as PADS, Altium, and MATLAB/Simulink for system-level modeling.
• Experience with data‑shift, frequency bias, EMIT losses, and voltage variations in designs.
• Experience in managing technical projects and producing detailed technical documentation.
• Experience in obtaining and maintaining security clearance and background checks.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
