As a Professional Surveyor/Principal with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Cincinnati, OH office, you'll work alongside Senior Managers and Executives to grow and support an established survey practice. You'll oversee a wide range of project types including Existing Conditions and Topographic Surveys, Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Utility and Route Surveys, Subdivisions and Statutory Plats, Construction layout and As-Built Surveys.

This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about mentoring, team development, and operational excellence, while also contributing to business development efforts.

• Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture.
