Senior Civil Engineer (PE) – Land/Site Development Projects

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to lead land and site development projects across a range of applications including hospitals, airports, residential communities, retail centers, and educational campuses.

• Develop and grow the civil engineering practice through effective business development activities.
• Develop and manage a team that builds positive relationships and opens new project opportunities while delivering outstanding projects.
• Provide smart and effective project management and oversight to ensure client expectations for quality and commercial objectives are met or exceeded.
• Engage and work directly with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and project approvals.

• Professional Engineer license and at least 12 years of experience delivering civil site development projects in the Cincinnati area.
• Strong experience building client relationships and conducting business development activities to grow the practice.
• Proven ability to create a positive work environment that enables high performance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety.

• Salary range: $115,000 - $132,000.
