CNC Programmer

As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of CNC programs for both Milling and Turning machines. Your work will be instrumental in transforming blueprints, sketches, and models into high-quality manufacturing components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine CNC programs using CAM software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in code generation.
• Collaborate closely with machine operators to ensure successful program implementation and optimization.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and oversee the setup and operation of various machine tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design, equipment, and operational challenges in partnership with Engineering and Plant Supervision.
• Design and develop effective work holding solutions independently or with engineering support.
• Review and improve process plans in collaboration with process engineers.

Qualifications:

• Technical Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience of at least 5 years.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in programming with Master Cam® or NX® based CAM software.
• Strong proficiency in the application of cutting tools and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
