You'll connect sales, customers, and operations to turn ideas into scalable, high-performing packaging solutions.

** What You'll Own*
* This is not a desk-only engineering role. You'll be on the floor, in trials, and in the middle of real decisions.

-     Lead end-to-end product development across extrusion, press, and conversion

-     Translate customer needs into practical, executable manufacturing solutions

-     Design and execute trial runs that actually surface risks before scale

-     Partner with Sales and customers on new business onboarding

-     Troubleshoot quality issues. Internal and customer-facing

-     Evaluate new materials and alternative sources within quality and cost targets

-     Drive process improvements and efficiency gains across the plant

-     Act as the technical bridge between product, operations, and commercial teams

-     Support quoting and new business through CRM ownership (PD perspective)

** What Makes You a Fit*

-     5+ years in manufacturing product development or engineering

-     Experience working hands-on in production environments

-     Packaging experience is a strong plus. Films, extrusion, or converting preferred

-     Strong problem-solving mindset. You don't stop at symptoms

-     Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum

-     Comfortable working across teams. From operators to executives

-     Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
