** Cincinnati, Ohio 45204
** Salary:** $130,000-$160,000 + 5% bonus
**** MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER***
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes across multiple sites
+ Support new product introductions and process improvements
+ Mentor and guide process engineers; foster a culture of continuous improvement
+ Troubleshoot complex process issues and lead root cause investigations
+ Drive raw material efficiency, yield improvement, and waste reduction initiatives
** What's Needed?*
* + B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent combination of experience and education
+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience within a chemical manufacturing production environment, preferably in fluid handling or non-hazardous chemical processing
+ At least 4+ years' experience in contract manufacturing and customer management
+ Strong process design and optimization experience
+ Knowledge of validation practices (IQ/OQ/PQ) and root cause analysis tools (e.g., FMEA)
