We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges, optimizing production systems, and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do
Engineer Better Processes
You'll play a key role in identifying, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
- Lead process identification and optimization initiatives
- Develop written procedures, operating instructions, and process documentation
- Configure, optimize, and support industrial processes from concept through startup and certification
- Assess manufacturing processes through measurement, analysis, and interpretation of operational data
- Perform process simulations and evaluate process performance
You'll help create smarter, safer, and more efficient manufacturing operations.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and product quality
- Design, test, upgrade, and improve systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service
- Recommend process improvements and operational changes based on data and plant performance
Collaboration is critical to success in this role.
- Work proactively with site leadership, engineering teams, technical resources, and operations personnel
- Support production and troubleshooting activities as needed
- Manage projects while balancing cost, timing, and operational priorities
- Perform risk assessments and support safe, reliable plant operations
You'll own projects from idea to execution while ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously through completion
- Support startup activities, validation, and process certification efforts
- Perform additional duties as business needs evolve
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS ChE) or equivalent four-year engineering degree
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple priorities and projects
- Previous dry-blending manufacturing experience
- Experience with ABB systems or similar DCS (Distributed Control System) platforms
