* Strong experience in integration of FBW Primary & Secondary Flight Control Systems on aircraft.
* Thorough knowledge of Flight Control System development includes requirements, validation, and verification.
* Proven expertise in ARP
4754A compliance and systems engineering processes.
* Ability to author, review, and approve qualification requirements, test procedures, and test reports.
* Strong analytical and problem resolution skills for addressing service and in-service aircraft issues.
* Experience working with Flight Control System suppliers and certification authorities.
* Knowledge of airworthiness and certification standards.
* Exposure to simulation, control laws validation, or MBSE environments.
* Effective cross functional communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Prior experience mentoring or technically guiding junior engineers.
* Integrate Primary and Secondary Flight Control Systems, including FBW architecture.
* Define and support flight control concepts, design approach, and system philosophy.
* Develop, review, and validate system and qualification requirements.
* Prepare, review, and approve test procedures, plans, and test reports.
* Ensure verification and validation of flight control requirement.
* Coordinate with Flight Control System suppliers and internal engineering teams.
* Support certification and compliance activities aligned with program needs.
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve development and in‑service aircraft issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Interact with the customer to understand the requirements.
* Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs.
* Directly handling technical queries from customer.
* Perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
* Participate in design, qualification, and certification reviews.
* Provide clear, high quality technical documentation.
* Support program schedules through timely technical execution. General Managerial Skill:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
* Must be self-motivated and pro-active
* Flexibility to respond to day-to-day changes * < /span>
Need to show constant dynamism and be able to manage pressure
* Attention to detail
* The ability to work in a team and individually
* Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
* Able to work with demanding customer Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits
