We are looking for a driven and curious Civil Designer to support our Built Environment team.
ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our Cincinnati, OH/Conshohocken, PA/Indianapolis, IN/Cary, NC office, you’ll grow your skills and join our team providing our clients with award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery designing state‑of‑the‑art structures. You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners as you develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines.
You’ll convey civil design requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or AutoCAD design models.
- Associate’s degree; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years drafting and design experience
- College coursework in AutoCAD
- AutoCAD, design experience
- 4 years of drafting/designer experience in the civil design field
- At least 1 year of AutoCAD experience
- Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
- Experience with healthcare /institutional /commercial buildings
- Experience working on complex civil design components

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $54,100.00 to $90,000.00; but will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
