** Associate Test*
* ** Engineer, R&D - Med Tech** . The position is located in  
** Cincinnati, OH
** _& will work a_

* * _schedule with 3 days per week in the office_ .

** You will be responsible for:*
* + Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Harmonic Lab equipment and processes, providing technical guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

+ Serve as an SME for lab equipment and preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices for maintaining equipment accuracy and reliability.

+ Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of equipment enhancements to improve efficiency and performance in R&D activities.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and validate processes, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and project objectives.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.

+ Serve as the functional lab lead for technical staff on equipment functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures in all engineering practices and R&D projects.

+ Stay current with advancements in engineering practices, technologies, and equipment relevant to the research and development field.

+ Ensure strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain compliance and uphold quality standards in regulated environments.

** Qualifications and Requirements:*
* + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field is  
** required** .

+ Proven background in equipment maintenance, validation processes, or relevant technical experience within R&D settings is  
** required** .

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and effectively solve complex technical problems in a laboratory environment is
