Engineering & Process Control Manager

Varland Plating is seeking a hands‑on Engineering & Process Control Manager to support and advance our electroplating, wastewater treatment, and facility utility systems. A strong plating or surface finishing background is highly preferred. This role provides technical leadership focused on improving process reliability, efficiency, compliance, and long-term operational performance.

• Work with chemical vendors and production personnel to develop plating processes
• Support electroplating, wastewater treatment, and facility utility systems
• Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process reliability improvements
• Lead automation, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support environmental compliance and monitoring
• Oversee capital projects and equipment upgrades
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and IT
• Develop and maintain process standards and documentation
