ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a Civil Engineer in one of our locations (Cary, NC; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; or Conshohocken, PA) who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, gaining familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will conceptualize and develop all aspects of civil design for land/site development and infrastructure projects. Work common to the role will include master planning, site planning, utility design, grading/drainage/stormwater/erosion control design, permitting, and more.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design
- Working knowledge of Auto Cad, Civil 3D, 3D Modeling (preferred)
- Civil engineering modelling experience with Hydraflow, Pond Pack, Water
CAD, Storm
CAD, or similar software - Exposure to permitting and permit processes
- Engineer in Training (EIT)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams
- Passion for buildings and construction
- LEED experience considered a plus

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
