Are you a hands‑on Chemical Engineer who thrives on transforming ideas into real, scalable products? If so, we invite you to consider this opportunity. This Product & Process Development Engineering role provides the opportunity to influence products from concept through commercialization while working across diverse regulated product categories including OTC drugs, cosmetics, and industrial products.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Product Formulation & Development: Develop, refine, and validate innovative formulations by creating new products, improving existing ones, qualifying raw materials, and conducting studies to ensure stability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Process Development & Scale‑Up: Scale product and process development from laboratory formulation through pilot‑plant and full‑scale manufacturing, including process validation.
  • Packaging Development & Scale‑Up: Support the creation, evaluation, and scale‑up of innovative, compliant packaging solutions by participating in the design of new systems, assessing materials, supporting commercialization, and owning all packaging specifications.
  • GMP & Regulatory Support: Ensure development work meets cGMP and regulatory standards by maintaining thorough technical documentation, supporting audits and submissions, and contributing to investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across teams to strengthen products and processes by applying scientific and statistical tools, driving continuous improvement, and staying current on evolving technologies and industry expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of GMP‑regulated formulation and process development experience, including scaling products from lab to commercial manufacturing and authoring validation documentation.
  • Experience with package/dispenser design and packaging process development preferred.
  • Practical, hands‑on approach to scale‑up and manufacturing needed, paired with strong technical writing, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be a detail‑oriented problem solver who can manage multiple projects, innovate, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues using scientific and data‑driven methods.
