Drawing and model creation, NX, Solid Works, Windchill, Medical Device & BOM
Design Engineering activities related to Product Sustenance and New Product Development
Drawing and model creation in NX, Solid Works
Updating and managing existing drawings
Releasing the drawings in Windchill PLM system
Creating BOM
Coordination with device and/or component suppliers
ISO 13485, EIS:
New Product Introduction Process (NPI) - Product Engineering
Understanding of Medical Device domain
Know how on ISO 13485, FDA QSR and other Standard/Regulation/Medical Device Guidance documents
Understanding of GD&T, Engineering principles, Product designs, Product Lifecycle, Design Specifications, Product Requirements and Product mechanisms.
3D CAD Modelling, Drafting in NX, Solid Works;
Concept Development; and Engineering Documentation
Updating the drawings through different life cycles of design prototyping, development and design transfer
Preparing the BOM for sub-assemblies and releasing in Windchill PLM
Make decisions on the basis of result and outcome in alignment with customer needs
Meet delivery promise in terms of budget and timescales
Track Project progress and make necessary changes to project execution as needed to ensure achievement of project goals
Work within a multi-discipline team, consisting of the R&D and Lifecycle Design and Development engineers, Project Managers, document control specialists
Liaison with customer designated point of contact and functional area point of contact
Multiple Project Planning and execution
