Electrical Engineering Director

Multi-disciplinary team is hiring an Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Cincinnati team! Responsibilities include leading the electrical team in the design of public/private development projects, recruiting new team members to build a strong team, assisting with business development, attending project/client interviews, interacting with other in-house teams, attending meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals, and ensuring QA/QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others.

Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering, 12+ years of Electrical design experience, PE License, experience in a leadership role, experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial), experience managing multiple projects concurrently, broad experience in power, lighting, fire alarm and voice/data design, experience on healthcare projects preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
