Job Summary: The candidate will work as an integral part of the mechanical department, collaborating with in‑house electrical, structural, civil, and architectural teams on a wide variety of projects. Co‑ops are immediately integrated with design teams on projects ranging from higher education to health care, industrial, and municipal. The role involves assisting with project design of fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as establishing equipment selection, piping, and ductwork design skills.

Revit experience is required;
AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Minimum

Physical Requirements:

The position may involve light lifting, sitting, and walking. Duties will be performed in the field and will require travel to project sites and use of a computer. The candidate must be able to access and maneuver around project sites and use equipment for communication and documentation.
