The Quality Department ensures products meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and compliance. This team works throughout the production process to monitor quality, prevent defects, and continuously improve products and processes.
This role is located at Crane CP&E's Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).
Key ResponsibilitiesTake a leading role in implementing updated process controls.
Assist in improvement projects.
Implement preventive measures to reduce future defects and process risks.
Collaborate with the Quality team to analyze and track data.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product and order compliance.
Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to stay organized and manage time correctly.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
On-the-job training and hands-on opportunities in field of study.
Experience in action planning, project management, and collaborative teamwork.
Exposure to continuous improvement activities and lean principles.
