• Oversee BIM processes for Structural, Civil, and Environmental engineering teams
• Stay current with BIM technology trends, software updates, and industry best practices
• Create and maintain BIM models and drawing templates throughout project life cycles
• Provide training and technical support for team members
• Lead project BIM setup and ensure accuracy and compliance

• Associate degree is required
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
• Relevant experience in BIM and CAD environments
• Expert level proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings
• Strong technical ability, problem-solver, analytical
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written
