Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $80k-$120k/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute OEM technical documentation, including Service Bulletins, Advisories, Stop Orders, Tech Memos, and New Tool Notices.
  • Coordinate technical submittals and communications related to design changes, supplier nonconformities, tool obsolescence, and corrective actions.
  • Investigate customer complaints and lead cross‑functional corrective action activities with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain technical records and reporting, including Customer Problem Reports (CPR), Source Problem Reports (SPR), deviation forms, and non‑conformance documentation.
  • Support Purchasing and Quality by assisting with supplier evaluations, technical training, and resolution of supplier NCRs and compliance issues.
  • Provide technical support to Customer Service through work‑scope tool lists, configurator maintenance, and response to technical inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, meeting updates, training materials, and work‑scope documentation while serving as a primary technical interface with OEM teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Tooling and aerospace experience is a plus.
  • A&P License is a plus.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T (ANSI Y14.5).
  • Knowledge of mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, or UG/NX.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with customers, suppliers, and OEMs.
  • Proven ability to analyze technical standards, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and reporting skills, with willingness to travel as needed.
