Packaging Engineer (Medical Device Industry)
Cincinnati, OH – Long Term Contract
Support design, development, and validation of sterile and non‑sterile medical device packaging systems as part of a growing team. Participate in packaging projects, process development (IQ, OQ, PQ), material evaluation, risk management, and verification/validation with cross‑functional and external partners.
Required Qualifications- BS in Packaging or related field.
- 5+ years of packaging experience.
- 3+ years with sterile medical devices.
- Proficiency with GMPs, ISO standards (ISO
11607‑1/-2, ISO
13485), and packaging test methods (ASTM, ISTA). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with labeling systems.
- Packaging design software.
- Project management.
