Mechanical Hardware Program Manager

Qualifications

• Do you have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or a closely related technical field)?
• Have you managed or coordinated mechanical hardware programs that progressed from prototype through production?
• Have you had responsibility for tracking project budgets, timelines, and milestones in a prior role?
• Have you led cross‑functional meetings involving engineering, procurement, operations, and quality teams?
• Have you supported or coordinated mechanical, thermal, or durability testing for validation of components?
• Have you maintained or organized engineering documentation such as ECRs, test reports, or design documents?
• Have you ever reported project status or blockers directly to senior leadership or program management teams?
