* The Project Manager position requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $250K and $7M. The Project Manager has fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

** As a Senior Project Manager, you will:*
* + Facilitate the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.

+ Be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps.

+ Guide technical or administrative staff

+ Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement plan.

+ Perform active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships.

+ Be responsible for several projects of varying size.

+ Obtain PM@Siemens certification for C Projects ($2.5M).

+ Review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent.

+ Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinates needs with the project team. Identify time-sensitive installation needs.

+ Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.

+ Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.

+ Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors.

+ Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.

+ Track resources and project progress.

+ Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.

+ Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.

+ Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate with Accounting team and Operations Manager.

+ Schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation.

+ Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.

+ Complete project-specific close-out documentation.

+ Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements.

+ Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions.

Basic Qualifications:

_

+ Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry

+ 3+ years of experience managing projects.

+ Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams

+ Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet

+ Associate degree

+ Must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers

+

Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

+ Verbal and written communication skills in English

+ Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

+ Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree

+ 5 + years of technical experience in the HVAC controls, fire and life safety, OR security access/CCTV industry
