NovintiX is seeking a Senior Process Validation Engineer to lead equipment development, validation, and manufacturing transfer for medical device assembly. You will drive FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ validation, risk assessments, and process characterization to ensure cycle-time, capacity, and quality targets are met.
The role requires 7+ years in process or manufacturing-validation in regulated environments, plus hands-on experience with MSA, Gauge R&R, DOE, and FMEA.
