Sr. Project Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration

Currently in need of a Sr. Project Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration with experience in Contracting and Contractor Sales, as well as Project Engineering to join a forward-thinking client in the Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC Industry at our Cincinnati, OH location. This position has opened up due to growth, with a service territory covering Southwestern Ohio. You will play a crucial role in our expansion by establishing initial connections with customers, understanding their requirements, providing quotes, and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• Industrial Refrigeration expertise
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration is a BONUS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction, engineering, or project management
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of CO2 refrigeration / mechanical / HVAC systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in project management techniques (project plan, Gantt, CPM)
• PMP certification is advantageous
• Understanding of industry equipment components
• Familiarity with OSHA / EPA regulations
• Strong focus on safety and knowledge of safe work practices
• Ability to estimate, quote, and secure new business
• Comfortable requesting business opportunities from customers
