Client:

Location:
Blue Ash, OH (No remote work is allowed)
Pay Rate: $43/hr W2; $49/hr CTC/1099
Travel within and out of USA with short notice on short, supplier visits.

Job Description:
- Electrical requirements creation
- Motor selection
- Motor drive circuit design and testing
- Test equipment design
- Battery, Motor, Gearbox and Cable assemblies
- Development & Qualification of PCBA, Motor and Cable Assembly
- Component Qualification, IQ, OQ, PQ
- Writing control plan
- Conducting Capability study
- Choose the best assembly/manufacturing processes for the system utilizing DFM/A and RFQ processes, leading to highest quality with lowest cost.
- GD&T, Drawing interpretation, CTQ
- Communication with suppliers on design requirements and process capability needs
